Different methods of help has been designed and developed to make it easy to find what you are looking for when using the Consultation Portal. These include:
Context sensitivity - help will automatically present you with help contents relating to the area of the website you are currently on. For example, if you are in the process of registering your details, this is the page that you will be presented with when selecting help.
Animated videos - a visual method of learning how to use the system including audio. If a picture appears to the left hand side of the screen
and the Play option selected, you will be linked automatically to a video containing help contents relating to the area of
the website you are currently on. The video displayed will work on the same basis of 'Context sensitivity'.
Flash player and a sound card must be installed on your PC in order to view these videos.
Online Help - this has been broken down into different categories allowing you to find what you are looking for with ease. For example, if you need to know how to Register your details simply select the section called 'Registering Online' to expand the list of possible options. Click on the blue text to view the content for that part of the help. You may also be presented with additional links such as, 'Related Topics' or 'Animated videos' where relevant.
